Abstract:INTRODUÇÃO: Síndrome de Goltz ou Hipoplasia Dérmica Focal é uma genodermatose rara, caracterizada por anormalidades de origem ectodérmica e mesodérmica. As características cutâneas são placas atróficas discrômicas envolvendo o tronco e as extremidades, seguindo as linhas de Blaschko. Podem existir ainda alterações dentárias, oculares e ósseas.
