Sarcoidose em cicatrizes prévias

Abstract: Os autores relatam o caso de um paciente de 20 anos, o qual apresentou súbita infiltração em cicatrizes preexistentes na fronte, decorrentes de um acidente há quatro anos. O exame histológico mostrou granulomas não caseificantes, não confluentes, com pobre infiltrado linfocitário. As colorações para fungos e micobactérias foram negativas, assim como o exame com luz polarizada.
