Analytical approach based on a mathematical model of an air dehumidification process

Abstract: -In this paper we developed an analytical solution for a mathematical model of an air dehumidification process. This solution has good accuracy when compared with reliable experimental data available in the literature. The present study was confined to the cases with the mass flow rate of desiccant solution being much greater than the minimum required by the equilibrium calculation, so that the changes in the concentration and the flow rate are relatively small.
