Biological phosphate removal using a degradable carbon source produced by hydrothermal treatment of excess sludge

Abstract: -The possibility of reusing excess sludge treated by hydrothermal reaction for the purpose of improving the efficiency of the enhanced biological phosphate removal (EBPR) process was investigated.
