Public access (non-fee) internet resources for the portuguese language

Abstract: U sing the internet often seems a bounteous candy store through which one can pick and choose goodies at will. Nonetheless, there sometimes appear quite useful and intriguing sites, such as for full-text retrieval or indexing, that one cannot enter except with a password and/ or proper identification.
