Criação de valor e estratégia de operações: um estudo do setor químico e petroquímico brasileiro

Abstract: Este artigo trata da integração da estratégia de operações às finanças, ao evidenciar a necessidade do gestor de operações de planejar uma estratégia voltada à criação de valor na companhia.
