Quando suspeitar de aspiração silenciosa?

Abstract: Método e efeito traduzem claramente os resultados da pesquisa para a prática clínica. Frente ao que lemos, frente à nossa experiência clínica e sempre considerando as expectativas de nosso paciente (sobrevida esperada, qualidade de vida desejada, efeitos adversos tolerados), qual a resposta para a pergunta acima?
