Remando ou guiando o barco? Modelos de governança para as políticas de Educação Superior no Brasil pós-1990

Abstract: Resumo Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar o papel que os governos no Brasil têm desempenhado na condução de políticas de Educação Superior, tomando como referência uma tipologia que estabelece quatro modos de governança para a este tipo de Educação: o hierárquico, o procedimental, a condução a distância e a autogovernança.
