Restruturação produtiva, programas da qualidade e certificações ISO 9000 e ISO 14000 em empresas brasileiras: pesquisa no setor químico/petroquímico

Abstract: Este trabalho apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa exploratória realizada entre empresas químicas e petroquímicas brasileiras.
