Abstract: Resumo Este trabalho objetivou explorar o ambiente alimentar de acordo com o acesso a frutas e hortaliças (FH), a partir da perspectiva de uma grande metrópole brasileira, referência internacional para políticas públicas de segurança alimentar e nutricional (SAN).
