Jornada de trabalho: fator que interfere na qualidade da assistência de enfermagem

Abstract: A pesquisa teve como objetivos identificar os fatores decorrentes da jornada de trabalho que afetam a qualidade da assistência de enfermagem, bem como propor estratégias para melhorá-la. É um estudo exploratório-descritivo coletado mediante questionário, aplicado com 12 enfermeiros em um hospital geral em Fortaleza-CE, ocupantes de mais de um emprego.
