Biodigestão Anaeróbica: Uma Alternativa Para Usinas De Laticínios

Abstract: RESUMO O objetivo deste trabalho foi mostrar a viabilidade da utilização de biodigestores anaeróbicos na redução do DQO e DBO nos resíduos de laticínios e como fonte de energia, através da produção de metano (CH4). O processo apresenta basicamente três estágios importantes na compreensão das fermentações anaeróbicas, devido aparecer inúmeros microrganismos interatuantes na degradação do substrato.
