Ferrocenedicarboxylic acid modified carbon paste electrode: a sensor for electrocatalytic determination of hydrochlorothiazide

Show more

“…The proposed method is also used for the determination of L-cysteine and tryptophan in urine, river water, blood plasma, and serum samples using standard addition methods. chemically modified electrodes, [23][24][25][26] we used p-aminophenolmodified carbon nanotube paste electrode (p-APMCNTPE) for the simultaneous determination of L-cysteine and tryptophan. This modified electrode was used for the determination of L-cysteine and tryptophan in real samples such as urine, river water, and serum with a good reproducibility.…”

“…In addition, the value of α was calculated for the oxidation of CA at pH 7.0 for the MWCNTPE in both the absence and presence of mediator using the following equation, 34,35 αn α = 0.048/(E P -E P/2 )…”

“…In continuation of our studies on chemically modified electrodes [44][45][46][47], we employed in the present studied, voltammetric and electrochemical impedance spectroscopic techniques to study the electrochemical behavior of CA and TP on a multiwall carbon nanotubes paste electrode modified with p-aminophenol as a mediator. The results showed that the proposed method is highly selective and sensitive in the determination of CA and TP outperforming any method previously reported in literature.…”
