Abstract: OBJETIVOS: Este estudo descritivo teve por objetivos elaborar um algoritmo para apoiar a decisão da enfermeira na seleção de coberturas segundo o tipo de lesão aberta em crianças e avaliar sua aplicabilidade, segundo a opinião de enfermeiras pediátricas.
