Lipoprotein lipase gene-deficient mice with hypertriglyceridaemia associated with acute pancreatitis

Abstract: PURPOSE:To investigate the severity of pancreatitis in lipoprotein lipase (LPL)-deficient hypertriglyceridaemic (HTG) heterozygous mice and to establish an experimental animal model for HTG pancreatitis study.
