Brasil na governança global do clima, 2005-2012: a luta entre conservadores e reformistas

Abstract: A área de governança global do clima é definida por dois vetores básicos: poder e compromisso climático. O primeiro faz referência ao impacto de certos atores com capacidades suficientes para influenciar o social outcome climático.
