Abstract: CLINICAL DATAWe report on a 5-year-old male Caucasian patient weighing 16 kg. In the first year of life a heart murmur was identified during a routine check-up and the patient was clinically followed up until she was referred to our department. She was asymptomatic and did not require medications. She was in a good general state, ruddy, hydrated, acyanotic and with eupnaea.
