Cirurgia das dissecções crónicas da aorta ascendente com insuficiência valvar

Abstract: RESUMO: No período de janeiro de 1980 a dezembro de 1988, foram operados 44 pacientes com dissecções aórticas crônicas e insuficiência aórtica. Esse grupo fo i analisado para se avaliar a evolução comparativa dos doentes em que a valva aórtica foi preservada em relação àqueles em que houve substituição valvar.
