Abstract: Objetivou-se descrever e avaliar a influência da renda sobre a participação da alimentação fora do domicílio no Brasil. Utilizaram-se dados coletados pela Pesquisa de Orçamentos Familiares realizada em 2002/2003 (POF 2002/2003), pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística.
