Desenvolvimento de um sistema de resfriamento e conservação de sêmen suíno

Abstract: RESUMOUm contêiner, com taxa de resfriamento controlada de 37ºC para temperaturas de 17 ou 5ºC, foi construído para resfriamento e conservação do sêmen suíno. Nele, a taxa de resfriamento inicial (de 37 para 17ºC) foi -0,16ºC/min até atingir a temperatura de 17ºC e -0,17ºC/min até 5ºC. No decorrer do resfriamento, quando da passagem pela temperatura do choque térmico (entre 17 e 8ºC), a taxa foi de -0,0049ºC/min.
