Abstract:RESUMO: A Síndrome de Williams é uma doença genética rara, atribuída a deleção do gene da elastina no cromossomo 7. É caracterizada por estenose de aorta, divertículos de bexiga, constipação, retardo mental leve, fácies dismórfica, fraqueza da parede da bexiga e do cólon que levam ao surgimento de divertículos.
