Abstract

Novos táxons descritos: Icimauna pallidipennis sp. nov. da Costa Rica (Puntarenas); do Brasil - Apagomerina gigas sp. nov. (Santa Catarina) e A. lampyroides sp. nov. (Pará, Mato Grosso); do Equador - Tyrinthia aurantia sp. nov. (Pichincha); Unaporanga gen. nov., espécie-tipo, U. lanceolata sp. nov. do Equador (Los Ríos) e U. cincta sp. nov. do Panamá (Darien).

Novos táxons de Hemilophini (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae) da Região Neotropical

Na chave para os gêneros relacionados com Eulachnesia Bates, 1872, MARTINS & GALILEO (1996 utilizaram para separar Eulachnesia de Fredlanea Martins & Galileo, 1996, além de outros caracteres, "élitros sem carenas" para Eulachnesia e "élitros com carena umeral" para Fredlanea. Também consideraram em E. humeralis (Fabricius, 1801) "carena umeral indicada" o que inviabiliza o uso deste caráter para separar os gêneros.…”
