Leptosynapta brasiliensis: a new species of synaptid holothurian (Echinodermata) from a sandy beach in southeastern Brazil

Abstract: A new species of synaptid holothurian, Leptosynapta brasiliensis n. sp., is described. The species shows affinities with Leptosynapta minuta (BECHER, 1906)
