Formação de doutores no Brasil e no exterior: impactos na propensão a migrar

Abstract: Este texto reflete sobre a formação de doutores no Brasil e no exterior e o engajamento desses recursos humanos qualificados nos fluxos migratórios internacionais. Tal questão é observada a partir dos estudos sobre brain drain e desenvolvimentos teóricos posteriores, incluindo as concepções mais modernas de circulação de talentos e diásporas intelectuais.
