Abstract:OBJETIVO: Comparar dois grupos de pacientes pediátricos com lesões esplênicas sendo um tratado conservadoramente e outro com cirurgia. MÉTODO: Foram avaliadas prospectivamente 32 crianças com lesões esplênicas.
