“…Overall, results suggest the introduction of the dialogic model of health education in schools and association meetings and the need for community participation in blackfly control activities, since resident and worker participation is essential to foster the success of these programs. This will promote reality-based criticism and reflection, encouraging individuals to make decisions about their own life through the notion of autonomy 4,8 and encouraging established social participation in the SUS context 9 , as has been done with mosquitoes vectors.
