Abstract: DYNAMIC-MECHANICAL ANALYSIS: APPLICATIONS IN EDIBLE FILM TECHNOLOGY. Edible films are thin materials based on biopolymers and food additives. The aim of this work is a review on the application of dynamic mechanical analysis in edible film technology.
