<abstract language="eng">The author presents a case of primitive hemangio-reticulo-endothelioma of the pericardium. The structure of the tumor is identical to that of cases reported as primitive of the heart, and similar to that of the hemorrhagic sarcoma of KAPOSI, without, however, the typical cutaneous lesion of the disease
