Abstract:Pericardial effusions; chylopericardium idiopathic primary.The accumulation of chyle in the pericardial space, or chylopericardium, is a condition occurring most frequently after trauma, cardiac and thoracic surgery, or in association with tumors, tuberculosis or lymphangiomatosis.
