Dishonesty Is Contagious: Investigating the Domino Effect of Dysfunctional Customer Behaviors

Abstract: The interaction between dysfunctional customers and other customers can cause the domino effect (i.e., the dissemination of a dysfunctional client’s behavior to other nearby clients).
