Abstract:A síndrome de Peutz-Jeghers (SPJ) é uma doença autossômica dominante, caracterizada por polipose hamartomatosa intestinal em associação com pigmentação mucocutânea característica. Peutz (1921), na primeira publicação da síndrome que tem o seu nome, apresentou dois casos com pólipos em nasofaringe.
