Seguimento da saúde da criança e a longitudinalidade do cuidado

Abstract

RESUMOEstudo refl exivo com o objetivo de apresentar, na perspectiva da hermenêutica fi losófi ca, elementos relevantes para o seguimento da saúde da criança em atenção primária à saúde. A assistência à saúde da criança tem como eixo norteador o processo de crescimento e desenvolvimento na infância, sendo fundamental conhecer as escolhas e tomadas de decisão das famílias, estimular a produção de narrativas, fortalecer virtudes e experiências cotidianas, contribuindo para enriquecer o cuidado e apreendê-lo numa perspectiva integradora, contingencial, longitudinal e sufi cientemente boa. O seguimento da criança pode ser tomado como uma tecnologia de cuidado em saúde que não pressupõe um saber a priori, mas remete a uma reconstrução de saberes e práticas com novas dimensões para a produção de cuidados. ABSTRACTThis refl exive study aims to present, in the perspective of the philosophical hermeneutics, relevant elements for the follow-up of child health in primary health care. Child health is guided by the growth and development process in childhood, and it is essential to stimulate the production of statements, to know the choices and decisions taken, to strengthen virtues and daily experiences, contributing to improve care and perceive it in an integrative, contingent, wide and suffi ciently good perspective. Child follow-up can be seen as a health care technology that does not presuppose a priori knowledge, but which refers to a reconstruction of knowledge and practices with new dimensions for the production of care. RESUMENEste estudio refl exivo tiene como objetivo presentar, en la perspectiva de la hermenéutica fi losófi ca, elementos relevantes para el seguimiento de la salud del niño en atención primaria a la salud. La atención de la salud del niño es guiada por el proceso de crecimiento y desarrollo en la infancia, siendo fundamental estimular la producción de narrativas, conocer las escojas y tomas de decisión, fortalecer virtudes y experiencias cotidianas, contribuyendo para fortalecer el cuidado y aprehenderle en una perspectiva integradora, de contingencia, longitudinal y sufi cientemente buena. El seguimiento de niños puede ser visto como una tecnología de cuidado en salud que no presupone un saber a priori, pero que remete a una reconstrucción de saberes y prácticas con nuevas dimensiones para la producción de cuidados.
