A violência institucional em creches e pré-escolas sob a ótica das mães

Abstract: The objective of this research is to know the institutional violence in the day-care centers and preschools by the mothers' view. It was elaborated with two approaches:quantitative and qualitative. The researcher through interview and observation made the collection of primary data, and the qualitative data werw collected by recorded interview, being made the content analysis.
