Diagnóstico situacional de um processo de avaliação de desempenho profissional

Abstract: The aim of this study was to realize a diagnostic situational about the evaluation process of the nursing team performance of USP Hospital. Based in two guiding questions, it was carried out 9 interviews with nurses of this hospital. These interviews were analyzed according Analyze of Contend. “…Esse diagnóstico situacional visou a uma avaliação da condição de determinado local, proporcionando o levantamento e o tratamento de necessidades, a coleta de dados e uma posterior avaliação dos dados coletados. 6 Nessa perspectiva, para a devida familiarização e reconhecimento de todo o centro de saúde pelos acadêmicos do Pró-PET--Saúde/UFMG do CSLCC, foram realizadas três atividades, em articulação: a primeira envolvia um roteiro de observação dos diferentes espaços físicos e serviços ofertados, elaborado pela tutora do grupo tutorial; a segunda, a resposta e discussão de perguntas elaboradas pelos preceptores sobre as características de saúde-doença da área de abrangência; e a terceira e última, algumas tarefas traçadas a partir de escolhas individuais dos próprios acadêmicos, previamente discutidas com preceptores e tutora, para completar a familiarização e reconhecimento desejáveis.
