Abstract

RESUMO.A autora situa a problemática da comunicação da equipe de enfermagem com o cliente, discorrendo sobre alguns dos entraves à obtenção de uma comunicação efeti va. Apesar das 'dificuldades abordadas, acredita ser viável o estabelecimento de uma co municação efetiva e afetiva, apontando alguns caminhos para sua consecução.ABSTRACT. The author describes the problem of communication between the nursing staff and the patients, discussing some of the obstacles to the achievement of an effecti ve communication. In spite of such difficulties, she believes the establishment of an ef fective and affective communication is feasible and points out some ways to its achieve ment.
