Conservação do jiló em função da temperatura de armazenamento e do filme de polietileno de baixa densidade

Abstract: (2) RESUMOO objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito da temperatura de armazenamento e da embalagem plástica na conservação de jiló (Solanum gilo Raddi), cv. 'Tinguá'. O delineamento experimental foi o inteiramente casualizado, com três repetições e cinco frutos por parcela. Os frutos foram armazenados em três temperaturas, 25 °C ± 2 °C (ambiente); 13 °C e 5 °C, embalados e não embalados em sacos de polietileno de baixa densidade (PEBD) com 80 µm de espessura.
