Comportamento de videiras Seibel na região de São Roque, no Estado de São Paulo

Abstract

SINOPSEPara as condições ecológicas do Estado de São Paulo o grupo de videiras que se apresenta mais importante para vinho é o representado pelos híbridos Seibel. Em São Roque foram estudados 79 cultivares, dos quais foram separados 7, como superiores. Embora nenhum dêles possa isoladamente produzir vinhos harmônicos e bem equilibrados, a não ser em anos de vindimas excepcionais, sua associação permite corrigir características de acidez, percentagem de açúcar e substâncias corantes para obter bons vinhos.

Genetic diversity, population structure and parentage analysis of Brazilian grapevine hybrids after half a century of genetic breeding
