Abstract: Introduction: Misdiagnosis in Parkinson's disease (PD) can reach 25%. Recently, single-photon emission computer tomography (SPECT), using dopamine transporter (DAT) radioligands, has become useful to help diagnose clinically unclear cases of Parkinsonism (CUCP).
