Insulinoma apresentando-se como crise convulsiva: relato de caso

Abstract: R E S U M O -O insulinoma é doença rara que cursa com sintomas episódicos neuroglicopênicos e/ou adrenérgicos. Descrevemos o caso de uma paciente de 36 anos, que estava sendo tratada por crises convulsivas p a rciais complexas há 4 anos sem melhora do quadro.
