Mestástase cerebral de carcinoma prostático simulando meningioma: relato de caso

Abstract: RESUMO -Metástases de carcinoma prostético para o cérebro são raras. Sua localização durai ou subdural pode apresentar aspecto de meningiomas, em pacientes do sexo masculino de idade avançada. Os autores relatam o caso de um paciente no qual os achados tomográ-ficos e angiográficos eram sugestivos meningioma, mas em que o exame histopatológico revelou se tratar de metástase de câncer prostático.
