Topodiagnóstico na paralisia facial periférica

Abstract: O topodiagnóstico na paralisia facial tem como objetivo a localização anatômica precisa da lesão neural para fornecer maiores subsídios a eventual exploração cirúrgica e para fornecer dados sobre o prognóstico e evolução do quadro. Clinicamente, deve ser determinado se a lesão é periférica ou central.
