Paralisia facial bilateral

Abstract: A case of bilateral facial paralysis following meningococcal meningitis and herpes simplex infection is reported. The author discusses the differential diagnosis of bilateral facial nerve paralysis which included several diseases and syndromes and concludes by herpetic aetiology.
