Abstract:KNUU WINTHERDans la polyglobulie (maladie de Vaquez) il y a souvent des symptô-mes légers du système nerveux central -céphalée, vertige, scotome scintillant, parestésies, etc. -et plus rarement des troubles focaux -hémi-parésie, hémianopsie, etc. -provenant de lesions vasculaires cérébra-les 11 • 13,8 * 5> 14,19,21 .Récemment Videbaek 1 9 a pu constatei-, dans 76 cas de polyglobulie létale, que 25% d'entre eux ont presente des hémorragies (39,5%) ou des thromboses (6,5%) cérébrales.
