Late recurrent iris synechia following laser goniopuncture for deep sclerectomy enhancement: case report

Abstract: We report a case of recurrent iris synechiae one year after Nd:YAG laser goniopuncture for deep sclerectomy enhancement in the only functional eye of a patient with end-stage glaucoma. The possible pathophysiology of this uncommon complication and laser treatment aspects are discussed.
