Abstract: Hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyltransferase (HPRT) deficiency is a disorder of purine metabolism responsible for Lesch-Nyhan Disease (LND) and its variants, HPRT-related hyperuricemia with neurologic dysfunction (HND) and HPRT-related hyperuricemia (HRH).
