Microtextural, spectroscopic, and chemical characterization of amazonite from the Serra Branca Pegmatite, Northeastern Brazil

Abstract: The Serra Branca pegmatite in northeastern Brazil is unique because of its megacrysts of bluish-green amazonite currently exploited for ornamental purposes and as high-quality gemstones.
