Sustainable urban mobility in a small city: the case of Conde-PB

Abstract: The National Urban Mobility Policy (PNMU) provides that cities with more than 20,000 inhabitants, belonging to metropolitan regions, or focused on tourist activities must create and approve mobility plans. Small cities, however, have specificities that hinder the development of this instrument.
