Abstract:Resumo O texto apresenta a reescrita de voto relator em recurso de Apelação de processo judicial que apurou prática de crime de estupro. A decisão original mobiliza argumentos fundados em estereótipos de gênero que descredibilizam a palavra da vítima e atribuem a ela parcela da responsabilidade pela violência sofrida.
