Is a feminist and anti-racist Labor Justice System possible?

Abstract: This article aims to examine the historical context in which labor law arises and the discourse that underlies it. The objective is to demonstrate how labor rights, despite the social commitment, reproduces a rationality attached to a white and masculine view of the world.
