Political activism of union chilean nurses: a grounded theory study

Abstract: Objective To explain the political activism of professional nurses affiliated with Nursing union organizations in Chile, through a theory based on data. Method It is approached from the interpretive paradigm, qualitative methodology, and with a systematic Grounded Theory design of Strauss and Corbin.
